Question:

01 thaoe 4x4 wheel noise??? (need Help)?

its makeing a noise from the front lefti dont know if its a wheel bearing.i makes a rubbing/grinding sound eaven when your going 5mph or 50 mphwhat can it be.besides a wheel bearing?

Answer:

your brakes mines did a whistle sound and if your rims are dirty and black its your brakes
brake pads worn down to wear limiters or metal to metal with the rotors caused by a sticking caliper
Remove wheel and see. Wheel bearings shouldn't fail under 100K mi. and they make a whining sound when they do. Check for body plastic rubbing wheel. And Lynn's right. Sticking caliper plus worn pads will make noise described. Feel that wheel after driving. Feel hot? Sticking caliper.
