Answer:

If the engine was locked up it means the pistons were frozen or melted in place, or the crank bearings (part connected to pistons/rods) froze up from lack of oil or oil pressure. Maybe not exactly that but your motor wouldn't turn. The transmission has absolutely nothing to do with the motor other than the motor turns it and it has different ratio gears. Kind of the same idea as a 12 speed bike, on the rear wheel it has different size gears. It starts with an engine block, then a crank, pistons/ rods going in, then the head assembly and so on. Hope that helped
something broke internally and engine is siezed
You know, its kids like you that get people killed trying to play speed racer in mommy and daddy's car. If there was a speed bump around, there is NO reason you should have been driving at a considerably high speed. You are lucky you didn't get yourself killed. Time to turn the keys back to mommy and daddy and tell them what you did, you'll find no sympathy for stupid childish antics here.
Anything that exchanges heat, such as respiration, will release carbon monoxide. You would have to measure the total amount produced and remaining at any given time in order to determine your need for a detector. Hence, let the detector decide if it is needed or not. As for your use of a heatpump, you will experience more benefit financially than in measuring Carbon Emmissions. Not all heat exchange systems rely on a power source. In use are systems that draw heat either from a body of water such as a pond, and piping placed in the ground below the frost line. It will not eliminate your need for alternate heating sources but it will have a dramatic positive effect. One interesting use of ths was developed by IBM, which uses a water cooled system to remove heat from the CPU and uses a condensor in the back of the LCD display to expend the heat.
