i know the heater hoses should come out the fire wall but i can not find them can you help me locate the heater hoses so i can by pass the core
If the engine was locked up it means the pistons were frozen or melted in place, or the crank bearings (part connected to pistons/rods) froze up from lack of oil or oil pressure. Maybe not exactly that but your motor wouldn't turn. The transmission has absolutely nothing to do with the motor other than the motor turns it and it has different ratio gears. Kind of the same idea as a 12 speed bike, on the rear wheel it has different size gears. It starts with an engine block, then a crank, pistons/ rods going in, then the head assembly and so on. You know, its kids like you that get people killed trying to play speed racer in mommy and daddy's car. If there was a speed bump around, there is NO reason you should have been driving at a considerably high speed. You are lucky you didn't get yourself killed. It will not eliminate your need for alternate heating sources but it will have a dramatic positive effect. One interesting use of ths was developed by IBM, which uses a water cooled system to remove heat from the CPU and uses a condensor in the back of the LCD display to expend the heat.
