There is a sensor in the seat belt that is faulty.

Try some alcohol in the gas tank, about one pint of 91% rubbing alcohol should do it for a twenty gallon tank. This will help dissolve the water so it will mix with the gas and pass through the injectors. Depending on miles and time since the last tune up, that may necessary, but usually bad plugs or wires wil show up as a trouble code.
