I am a suppler of vinyl products, and can tell you that I have had an issue with the lifespan of vinyl/resin products. They are great on shady sides of your home where there are no heat sources such as ac units and BBQs. They will survive the rain and weather great, but can crack if hit with hail. Ac units and BBQs can soften or even melt the resin. even a lawn mower can be hot enough to cause deformation. The resin products have been popular since 1991 and they are just now showing signs of damage. Sun damage is the number one concern. the resin becomes brittle and is cracking. steel sheds are weak and cannot take abuse. rust is always a concernbut i have one in my yard from 1978 and it still works great. I would suggest a Strong wood shed for a lifetime of durability. it will require some maintenance to keep like new.
just measure the clothes by putting it close to your body. you know you can exchange it if it doesnt fit like the next day or whenever/
