Question:

2000 Hyundai Rear Windshield Wiper help?

So I recently bought a used 2000 Hyundai Elantra Wagon, and I noticed that the rear windshield does not work. I do know that when I push down the button it tries to spray washer fluid (since I haven‘t put any into it). However I was wondering if theres some way to see if it does work? if not how much to repair? I noticed that when I went back there and tried to pull up on the windshield wiper that it didn‘t move. is it possible that its just stuck? I live in north dakota, is it possible that its just froze on, and just needs to be heated? Thanks for the help! Please if you don‘t know don‘t comment.

How do I locate a pipe to see if I have copper plumbing?
yeah, try to heat it first that is what i would do, of course nothing is right as of now and i cannot really say anything about what you have currently because of the information provided. Ali can say is that you should try and heat up the windshield and see what happens, many of the times just like my Mazda it will freeze. If their is something wrong just go to the professionals and they will get it fixed for about $20 for you. Thanks
Depending on weather condition, it is possible to have the motor frozen if its too cold. Also, I have seen a lot of times where the motor is fried up and required replacement. If you push the button, you should hear the buzz from rear washer motor indicating the washer fluid operating as designed. At the same time, you should have the wiper arm spinning. If it doesn't spin, you have one of the problems I have mentioned (providing the fuse is OK). Good luck
