yankee fans. cause i enjoy car alarms actually
well i do think the price its kind of high for a cold air intake that is not even that good of a brand if i were u i would get a short ram intake cost less and it wont give u problem cuz the cold air it pulls water up most of the time and u get the same amount of power or a lil-bit less by like 5 hp and they sound pretty much the same
It's just a waste of money. The D17 in 7th gen civics are probably the worst engines for power gains. You can spend over a grand on I/H/E and get like a 2HP gain at the most. Yes itll give your car a better sound but its not worth spending so much just for sound IMO. One thing you can do is just buy an eBay intake for like $20 then put a good name brand filter on it and itll work just as good as a $300 name brand intake. The only way to get any real power out of a D17 is a turbo or supercharger but those are costly but one suggesting I have is getting a stage 1 cam. That seems to give a pretty good gain and its not too expensive. I suggest you do some research on the possibilities for your engine and go from there but is that $300 intake worth it? No.
