recent accident due to wheel dismantle while driving
There's no recall for that, you would've gotten a notice in the mail. Have you had your wheels rotated or balanced anytime recently? If so, take the issue back to them immediately, they may have left the lug nuts loose by accident. If not, it's your responsibility to make sure your vehicle is maintained, and part of that is making sure your wheels are on securely. I'm assuming you mean to say that your wheel fell off. Not really sure how a wheel would dismantle.did the hub fall off too?
