Question:

2005 Hyundai Elantra alarm goes off for no reason?

We bought this car used, one prior owner with all records, no problems ever according to first owner. After owning and driving the car for three weeks the alarm seems to go off randomly for no apparent reason. The dealer says the hood seal may need to be replaced. Would this cause the alarm to off with no ryme or reason or should we be looking into something else? Can we just disable the alarm? Thanks!

Answer:

Be patient, encourage others, and set a good example. Be that type of manager that would never ask anyone to do something that he/she wouldn't do themselves. Hope this helps. Good luck with your team.
No, they can not fire you for being pregnant. My husband and I were trying to have a baby for a fews months. Then I decided to look for another job, after I went for an interview we were going to stop trying until I was there for a while, turns out a week after I started the job I found out I was pregnant. I told my boss immediately, she was so understanding. Best of luck to you, I would tell your boss now, get it out of the way and everyone can move on!
The presence of sidewalks or the proximity to the road doesn't matter. A kid can dart out in front of you either way. The safety of a pedestrain, without any physical protection from your car, is far more important then you getting through there a little faster. I might ask the city or the police WHY they were put in, but they aren't going to give you much. As for the horn and/or loud music; why not. You aren't really hurting anyone with it, and it shows your disgust to the neighbors.
