Question:

2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe 6MT. whats causing the clicking sound coming from the rear axles?

There‘s a strange clicking sound coming from the rear axles when the vehicle first begins to accelerate.

Answer:

the is a technical service bulletin which involves replacing rear hub bearing assy on g35 the whole grease thing is temporary fix
Slightly updated materials in the interior, including a different shift lever for the automatics, and slightly different center console. Also tire pressure monitoring is standard. That's about it. Major changes weren't done until 2005. Edit: The person below me -- though she did try to be helpful -- is totally wrong! The Infiniti G35 debut as a 2003 model and no MAJOR changes were done until 2005 model with the VQ35HR 'high-rev' engine. Also 19 inch rims became standard for the 6MT, and the Brembo brakes were gone. In 2006, the only exterior changes were revised front fascia, and a new (ugly) spoiler option. There has been a complete redesign with the 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe, which features the all new VQ37 engine, and a completely new exterior and interior design. Practically a completely different car than the G35. This has been a crash course in the Infiniti G35 Coupes changes. Thanks
There's actually a service bulletin that Infiniti published regarding the rear axle clicking. The problem was not enough grease was put on the axles. You should be able to bring the car to the dealership and they can remove the rear axles and grease them up.
