There isn't a limit to how long a black hole can feed, unless you mean the limit it can store. There is a theoretical limit which is akin to heat death. This is the point at which the massive body exceeds the relativistic capacity to compact frequencies. As far as entropy is related to it, entropy reaches its lowest point at the same time the black hole translates. Despite an apparent inability to grow indefinitely, its appetite is unbounded. I liken it to a computer that a user tries to format improperly. It eats and eats until it dies leaving behind a tiny remnant.
Check with city hall or the fire department. I could find no hydrant map online.
