23w2d Pregnant&Very Low Iron?

I want to know how long will it take to get back up? I‘m taking 2 Iron tablets a day +s my Prenatal. What kind of food can help too?I appreciate it!,Thank yuHappy Valentines Daylt;3

Answer:

Beef is great source of iron, I ate it regularly during my pregnancy because my iron level was always very low (however in range). Remember to eat foods rich in vitamin C at the same sittings as iron-rich foods as it will increase the absorption of iron. The other iron-rich foods are: sardines, baked potatoes with skin, spinach, kale, pumpkin seeds, beans and dried fruits. Also, to enhance the absorption of the iron in the suppplement, take it between meals with frut juice rich in vitamin C. Caffeinated beverages or high-calcium foods can interfere with iron absorption.
Replace the blades, when they get old the rubber gets hard that's whats causing the noise. Measure the rubber on the blade first you will need to know how many inches it is. You don't have to buy the most expensive ones, but I would not buy the cheapest ones, you wont get good results when it rains.
Two things:: 1)change wipers or they will leave marks on the windshield 2) Buy Rainex and apply on the glass. Or buy rainex windshield fluid and put it in windshield washer tank. very cheap to buy maybe like $1.99. use it regularly and you will see a lot of difference even after first use.
Try replacing the whole blade and not just the refill. If that doesnt work try using rain-x. If that doesnt work take your car to an auto detailer and have them buff your windows beacuse after a while you get alot of little scratches making your windshield dull. This should fix you up!
