Probably the error of the clamp meter. 4 more current is correct.
Inverter output has high harmonics, the current can not use digital clamp meter amount, and use electric clamp meter. The current of the inverter will vary with the voltage, but not the linear relationship.

Two questions:
1, the inverter output waveform is not a standard sine wave, with the ordinary calorimeter measured value is completely not allowed. The output current of the inverter is the same.
