Question:

6 year old's body temperature running below normal?

My son's temperature is running at 94.8 degreesHe has a bit of a cold but is otherwise fineHe got out of bed covered in sweat as though he had a bit of fever and it broke, but now his temperature is a bit lowHe's covered up with a nice warm blanket and as I said, is showing no other negative symptoms than a stuffy noseHas anyone else ever experienced or seen something like this? It's almost like a quot;reverse feverquot; or like it dropped lower than normal when his fever broke (if he even had one)Thanks in advance.

Answer:

Don't freeze, bottle in syrup.
I'd say put them in the freezer w/ some sealant on the lid, and maybe a lemon slice on top?
Mom always blanched, sliced or halved and peeled them and put them in freezer bags according to the quantity she would want to use laterMonths later when taken out and thawed they tasted just as fresh as the day we picked them!
the texture will be differentFrozen or canned peaches tend to be firmer than a fresh peachThey have a slight difference in taste tooBUT if it's a homemade peach pie, it will still be delicious!
If it is a digital thermometer and it is taken beneath the armpit, the temperature can vary by about 2 degreesIf he's acting okay, I would just continue to monitor him and keep him warm and hydratedHe may in fact have had a raging fever and then it suddenly broke and plummeted from the sweat it produced (especially if he was freezing and covered).
