99 Sebring. How do I access the resistor for the ventilation system behind the dash?

Answer:

well when your goin over a speed bump you only have to slow down a little you dont have to put in a lower gear just ppush down the cluch an slowly press the brake
yeah pop the snatch in, or circulate swifter if the motor vehicle is shuttering it means the engine isn't getting sufficient gasoline, in case you pop the snatch it disengage the engine from thepersistent prepare, while the engine is now no longer attempting topersistent the motor vehicle forward then the idle engine controls take over and shop the engine RPM's the place they must be fore the 'motive force call for.'
Thanks to each and everyone of you for the answers.
1. While you drive on the bumps, step the brakes softly and the clutch all the way down. 2. When you feel that the car is almost shutting down, step all the way on clutch and step slowly on the gas. 3. Use the 1st gear to accelerate slowly to get through. Don't worry!! This happens to all of us!! Practice makes perfect!! Good luck!
