WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU VIDEO TAPE YOUR BROTHER OR EVEN STAND THERE WATCHING AND VIDEO TAPING THAT DOESN'T SOUND OR EVEN SEEM RIGHT TELLING YOUR PARENTS IS WRONG BECAUSE HE IS AN ADULT HE CAN HAVE SEX AS MANY TIMES AS HE PLEASES. WHAT I SUGGEST YOU DO IS TALK TO HIM AND ERASE THAT VIDEO DON'T EVEN MENTION IT TO HIM.. HE IS GOING TO THINK YOU ARE CRAZY I SUGGEST YOU TELL HIM YOU FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AND THAT YOU WOULD PREFER HE KEPT HIS DOOR SHUT, OR NOT HAVE SEX WHILE YOU ARE AROUND.
Up to you really. They are at least 18 and older so they are legal adults and as such there isn't much your parents can do. The only thing they will get in trouble for is not being more careful because you caught them in the act but again there is nothing your parents or anybody else can do. They are adults and are not braking any laws. Well, at least not in the U.S.

I mean I could see if you were 19 and caught your 11 year old brother having sex,,,, but he is 19! Stay out of his business. He is not doing anything wrong!
Nope. I don't think you should tell your parents. At 19, that's his own business. And don't let him know you video taped it! I promise - nothing good can come of admitting that to him. But you probably should let him know that you caught him having sex. Maybe he will be more careful next time. Keep in mind that I do not know you or your family though. So I'm not 100% my answer is right. But in general - no. You should not tell on your 19 yr old brother for having sex. . If he was doing drugs, it would be different. But sex isn't as bad as drugs.
The coolest way I have ever seen was done by a paleontologist. He had a bunch of sandstone that he wanted to break apart to get to the fossils inside. He could not just bash it up because that would break up the fossils. He would carefully heat the sandstone in an oven for 24 hours. Then he would let it cool in a dessicator to keep moisture from getting into it. Then he would put the stone in a bucket that was filled with water and Calgon. The rock would just dissolve. He would filter the mud left behind and get the fossils out.
