Answer:

Ok You have a couple of things going on here, but the short answer is I doubt anything will ever come of this and if it did there are plenty of ways to fight it. It would take a real Barney Fife type officer to pursue something like this, but if one was to ever knock on you door and ask you about the incident, your could probably end the whole thing by telling him I have no idea what you are talking about. Keep in mind that if decide to discuss the matter with the officer and you admit to speeding to the officer, you have confessed and any video evidence would not be needed to convict you since your own testimony would do that. If the officer decided to write you a ticket based on the video evidence alone, (and once again, this is extremely unlikely) then the old man is your accuser. If you get a couple of continuances on your court case there's a pretty good chance that he will quit showing up and the court will have no choice but to dismiss your case. If that doesn't work, there are all kind of, chain of custody of evidence, accuracy and certification of his equipment questions that would get the video evidence thrown out pretty easily. Also check Kansas law, if he was driving while all of this was going on then there is a pretty good chance it's a violation of some sort of distracted driving laws. Good luck and hope this helps.
Do NOT use sulphic acid of any kind as mr.obvious suggested. If it is not recommended to use that particular power auger in 2 inch cleanouts; then do NOT use it in the 2 inch cleanouts! Your drain pipes should not require cleaning that often unless you are pouring grease/cooking oil down the drains more often than normal. ABS drains tend to build up with solids quisher than cast iron or copper drain pipes. If a small piece of PVC/ABS pipe was lodged in the sewer line and came loose, this may have been the cause of your waste pipes bllocking so soon. If this piece of pipe is from your system, you will soon find out from the odour and signs of the waste water coming out of the walls/cielings/etc.
