Kind of. It's called an electrical fire. Pouring water on the fire will not put it out. You would be making the area more conductive, so the electrical current would be more likely to course through something flammable. Firefighters don't use water hoses, or even foam, to fight electrical fires, because the current could be conducted from the fire, through water, the firefighter's body, and then earth, giving the firefighers a severe shock.
