Question:

about how much hp would be gained?

I have a 355 chevy, and I am putting vortec heads on, but idk if I should go carb or tbi. how much hp is gained from tbi over carb? and how much of a pain is it to install tbi vs bolt on and go carb? i realize carbs aren't just bolt on and go, but it is fairly simple.

Answer:

The other answers confuse the detecting range of a fire detector, and the maximum travel distance to the nearest fire alarm box. Heat detectors have areas of coverage that allow for up to 2500 square feet per detector. Smoke detectors and smoke alarms are usually to considered to have areas of coverage of 900 square feet. In a roughly square room, this would be 30 by 30 feet. In a narrow space, such as a corridor, they can be as much as 42 feet apart. If this is in a residential unit (not a whole apartment or condo building) those numbers should be OK. If it is for any other use, it is best to consult with your fire authority. They sometimes have special rules or interpretations.
Omg I had one of those when I was little! If I'm correct, it's some sort of cabbage patch doll, but let me double check Yes, they're called the Snacktime cabbage patch dolls. heres some info: One line of Cabbage Patch Kids dolls, the Cabbage Patch Kids Snacktime Kids, was designed to eat plastic snacks. The mechanism enabling this was a pair of one-way metal rollers behind a plastic slot and rubber lips, and the plastic snacks would exit the doll's back into a backpack. The dolls didn't have an on-off switch and the mechanism was activated by putting the plastic snacks, or potentially other objects, between the lips and into the slot. The dolls were popular in Christmas 1996 and voluntarily withdrawn from the market by agreement between Mattel and the Consumer Product Safety Commission in January 1997 after several incidents where children got their fingers or hair stuck in the doll's mouth and safety warnings from Connecticut's consumer protection commissioner, Mark Shiffrin.[2] This set of circumstances created a brief meme that was exploited for its comedy value by, among other things, standup comics and the cartoon Pinky and the Brain.
