It might have a nail or something in it. Take t to a tire shop. They might be able to help you.
if the tire is new, it can be a bad seal between the rim and tire, a bad valve stem or a damaged rim.
you can use fix a flat but it sounds like it might be leaking around the rim or the valve stem is leaking !
