I hate cut paste answers! What is this a contest for the quickest posts? Steaming is easy, you have to have a contraption for itFortunately, you can't over steam it so no worries thereWhat I have found is that Tilapia tastes too muddy after steamingAt least in America.

I'd just put it in a tin and leave it in a cupboard- lasted for me nice and soft and edible a few weeksand then I've never kept them longer, I always end up eating them! But I imagine it would probably last like a year if it was properly covered so that it couldn't dry outIn the fridge I dunno, think it MIGHT go a little sticky, but that's only happened to uncovered ones I've hadShould be fine tbhfor like a few months at least!
