Technically, it is possible.BUT, it all depends on the style of the relief valve on the lid AND your mechanical skills in order to adapt it to at least a 1/4 ID tubing system (3/8 ID would be better)using a drill press using a tap die set properly using a TIG welder using a tubing bender
