95 f150,cast aluminum wheelsthey are in fair shape but the finish is gone ,is there anything to bring the luster out on them and have a protective coating?

Achilles is right! I would slow cook it for about 3 hoursA slow cooker will make it very tender for 8 hours cooking time low heat.
