The commercials are aimed towards teens who go to parties without thinking. Adults know the consequences very well, but teens , when going to a party, that is at the top of thier mind. No said that Teens cause most or all accidents. But it is the Teen generation that Texts and drives. and How do I know this, I have been a Truck Driver and a School bus driver, and I have personally seen it. The 2nd most common text and driver, are High Position Business people.
Most fire department can, you have to have the metal top, the others can't be filled, my fire department will not fill. I hope that help. lonnie
open the phone book to fire protection you can find a company there or call your local fire station they can tell you where to get it filled
