Any ideas for a machine free upper body workout?

I don't want to bother w/ machines because I am at college and I just want to build up a bitAdding machines and getting involved with the teams in the gym is something I don't think I'll have time for dealing with thatJust want a resource for something to construct a workout from and/or some examples of exercises I could useI am a guy so that would make a difference.Thanks.

I agree with the docI would've said URTI and acute bronchitis as wellAs it's only two days.I wouldn't worry so much, though it can be quite distressing to see ur son like thatIt's not the flu but it's probably a viral infection
just fever the infection off no medicine but plenty of clean water
Put plenty of blankets on him and give him tylonel and u should take him to the dr sounds like what my sisters kid had her kid had the flu and a high temp and her kid couldn't keep warm but anyways give him tylonel and blankets on him and make sure he gets plenty of rest
If your looking for natural exercises, Pushups-Build your chest,arms,triceps,shoulders,neck,backChinups- Biceps,Shoulders,neckBridges-core strength,chest,shouldersThats all the upper body workouts i use, adding weight like a back pack or something onto my back when doing push ups.
