New design floresent lighting with the small tube (38t8-utility) starts in cold weather and is pretty reliable cost is not bad opperating or purchasing and installation is easy many come with plug-ins (Home Depot or Lowes)
What kind of lighting are you talking about? Stage lighting or home lighting?
