I recently purchased a macbook from a pond-shop an there was only one down fallNO CHARGERi looked on the apple website for one an they go for like 80 bucks. Anyone know when i could possibly find a universal or even a cheap charger for my macbook?

For your question about chargers, the new chargers are a bit different in that they look a bit different on the port's tip but as long as you buy one at the Apple Store it should work without a problem. My question is that you said that the battery stopped working. If the battery doesn't work, are you sure the charger isn't working? Maybe you should be buying a battery.
