check his eyesight (if the eyes are cloudy/change color/very reflective) he might be going blindhe also could be defficient in something the litter has in it and hes trying to tell you he needs itfor example, my cat wouldnt stop eating peices of a rare blanket i had turns out he needed more fiber in his diet dont be afraid to call your vet too!
