Insulated wall reduces heat conduction from outside to inside - polystyrene? Paint the outside white to reflect heat radiation (infra red).
Most those rules sound pretty normal except the TV, but even that is normal for lots of families. They aren't too strict. They obviously care about you guys and most of those rules are really for your own good, not just them being crazy.

It all seems pretty romantic and surreal, but a few things could go wrong. The sea breeze could out the candle's flame, then it would be completely dark, how romantic would darkness bewell depends on what your into, use a lantern instead. Sand is know to be..um..not level, and the candle might tip over and set the blankets on fire, which could ruin a perfectly good date, once again I suggest a lantern. Oh and also might wanna widen your food selection, and maybe add some beverages. Cause she might be hungry and/or thirsty You forgot romantic mood music! You totally need romantic mood music!
