Brief description of the application range of Portland cement, ordinary cement, slag cement, volcanic ash cement and fly ash cement

Answer:

The three cement strength grades are - the same, with 27.5, 32.5, 42.5, 42.5R, 52.5, 52.5R, 62.5R seven strength levels.
The technical requirements of these three kinds of cement are basically the same, the technical requirements are as follows: 1. Magnesium oxide: clinker in the magnesium oxide content of not more than 5%. 2. Sulfur trioxide: slag cement in the content of sulfur trioxide shall not exceed 4.0%; mountain cement, fly ash cement sulfur dioxide shall not exceed 3.5%. 3. Fineness: 80μm square hole screen sieve should not exceed 10.0%. 4. Coagulation time: the initial condensate not as early as 45min, the final condensate no later than 10h. 5. Stability: must be qualified by boiling test.
Slag Portland cement (referred to as slag cement), volcanic ash Portland cement (referred to as volcanic ash cement) and fly ash Portland cement (referred to as fly ash cement) are made of cement clinker. Mixed with the amount of gypsum made of fine. Wherein the variety and the content of the mixed material are different. The mixed material of the slag cement is granulated blast furnace slag, and the blending amount is 20% ~ 70% by weight; the mixed material of the volcanic ash cement is a mixed material of volcanic ash, the dosage is 20% ~ 50% by weight; Fly ash cement in the mixed material is fly ash, blending by weight percentage of 20% to 40%.
