Question:

Are the police legally allowed to tow you?

Last night I parked in front of a fire hydrant because there was a sign stating I was allowed until a certain time. When i was leaving the bar the police pulled up with a tow truck for my car. Instead of letting me move my car, Pittsburgh police made them tow it even though I was right there before they even hooked my car up. Is this legal?

Answer:

You can taper Velcro in the seams and then that will hold it but try not to use curtains use something that you don't mind sewing it will give you a nicer out fit !!
I always wear Arai helmets, they are the best, but kinda pricey. Best advice, buy the best helmet you can afford, it's still cheaper than a trip to the emergency room, be safe, peace
Studded tires are NOT illegal on roads in Michigan (at least in the northern part of the state), although restrictions do apply. That said, if you are talking about studded tires on a bicycle I suspect no-one would object to their use even though they may, technically, violate the law (257.710) since they are highly unlikely to significantly damage roads and obviously are a safety feature for a cyclist. And, the law only applies to roads (and arguably only PAVED roads) so use on lakes and rivers is not an issue (legally).
