Are there any health and safety rules prohibiting bare feet in your place of work?

Answer:

Studded tires only work better when they have something solid to grip onto; and that would be ICE. A studded tire CANNOT penetrate through 6 of slush and snow but a properly grooved snow tire will find some traction. On glare ice they are in their element - BUT - only when driven correctly. Speed should be kept down or they will break traction and full lockup braking should be avoided to prevent ripping out studs. The general rule of thumb with studded tires on ice is; methodical. Accelerate, steer, and stop evenly. The fastest way to ruin a good set of studded tires it to drive like a rally driver OR take them out on the pavement. And that is why you will never see a set on my car.
get it lubricated, take it to a 'jiffy lube' place and tell them you need it greased, shouldn't cost that much.
U need ur suspension greased. Get one of the hunks at college to do it.
