When you finish a can drink do you crush the can in your hand?
if im with people i crush it in my hand but if im by myself i jump on it and flatten it
Yes... not always immediately after finishing a drink, but ALL aluminum cans get crushed here. We recycle all our aluminum, and it's takes less space to store and transport the cans if they're crushed. We live out in the country and there is no trash collection... so we have to take the trash and recycling to the dump ourselves. ALL cans, glass, and plastic gets rinsed, sorted and recycled... usually every 3 months and gets us between $150 and $250 when we turn it in (we tend to have a party every month, so there is LOTS of aluminum).
