Question:

Aren't food handlers supposed to wear gloves?

I went to a restaurant the other day. Their main specialty is wraps, so they have to stick their fingers in all the toppings in order to put them all on. There were two girls making my wrap, and there was one handling the money. What I'm worried about is the fact that they never wore gloves during the process. It didn't look very sanitary Especially when I saw one to go help with a customer. Doubt she ever washed her hands after either. I loved the wrap, and want to go back, but I'm a little worried. Is it safe? Shouldn't they be wearing gloves for safety reasons? Should I mention it to them?

Answer:

Insulation bricks are high porosity refractories with low thermal conductivity and high porosity (no less than 45%) used to reduce heat losses and thus to maximize heat conservation within the furnace. Firebrick, also called refractory brick, is a type of non-metal material having high melting points, with properties that make them suitable to act as heat-resisting barriers between high and low temperature zones.
Well Ben sometimes I do have a huge amount of respect for you and this is one of those times
I thought you said Cow-worker, just in this case ignore him. It is so concerning and eyes irritating to see such type of faces infront of you. maybe it is a new fashion?! you never know. LOL. Oh you said only people with experience, I'm sorry. Next time I'll read the question more carefully.
