Question:

Why won't my laptop charger fit?

asus eeepc, something is preventing the charger from going into the port

Answer:

Probably a bent or broken centre pin in the socket on the notebook. have a close look in the socket to see if the cenre pin has been bent over.
You probably damaged the connector tip. This is common with people who aggressively or carelessly try and plug the charger into the laptop. Unfortunately the only solution wowuld be to get a new charger as soon as possible. Make sure you get one from a reliable source instead of a cheap knock off on like OKorder or something. I would personally suggest you visit topmic charger. They are very reputable and have great service. They include free shipping, 30 days money back guarantee, and free lifetime warranty so if the charger ever stops working, they would replace it at no additional cost, for life. If you have any more questions feel free to send me a message and ill be happy to help!
