Slice the roast into 3/4 inch slabs and place on a thin cookie sheet or tray covered w/ foilAfter oven is good hot, put in the cookie sheet turn off the ovenLet it sit in there for about 10 minsto warm up The foil and the thickness of the meat will keep it moist prevent over cooking.
We follow the Treadstmethod xcept we will put the slabs under the broiler, about 3-4 minutes for one side and 2-3 minutes for the other.
Cover pan with foil, reheat at 240 till it is warm.
