Question:

at what price should i buy fcel stock?

FCEL is the ticker code for fuel cell energy company. What could be the best buying price when now it is around 1.01

Answer:

The financials scare me! Their 10K's have reported losses under net income ranging from 50-90 million for the last 5 years. I think you could find a much better place to park your money because FCEL is synonymous with rolling the dice.
be careful for stocks under $2. Open a spec position but don't count on making money fast. Needs time for these type of investments
This is a purely speculative stock. No company worth investing in (longer term) has a share price below $5.
If you're buying a stock priced below $5.00 and don't have at least 3-5 years of very successful investing experience (esp. in risk management), you're trading in the blind. If you're buying any stock and asking whats's the best price to buy it. you need to read some books. Right now you are a very large danger to the health of your money. BTW: There is nothing in this chart that looks encouraging. This is nothing but a story stock. Story Stocks get their name because all they have left is a story! Don't gamble on a good story. The risk/reward is not there.
