Answer:

yes, probably if your lucky, depending on mileage driven.hopefully its hasn't developed a serious leak from brake line, master cylinder, etc.fluid doesn't evaporate, where did it gopads wearing out, rideing closer to rotor, fluid level drops a shot or twonormal
No, when your pads need to be replaced your brake light will remain on.It would be coincidental if your pads needed replacing at that time.
No It means your brake fluid was low Maybe caused by a leaking brake line, wheel cyclinder or caliper .
was it at night when you went to the gas station. if so the alternator may not be charging or causing a short
At first look, it sounds like your charging system is not doing its job. Does the alternator light come when you turn the key to on? Yes, the light is good, no problem so far. No, check for a burned out lamp or broken wire. Note: the light sometimes looks like a battery. Does the light go out while the car is running? Yes, I'd have to take a closer look at it to diagnose. No, your charging system is malfunctioning. 99% chance it is the alternator since they all have internal regulators these days. If you're a handyman you can extract the alternator and take it to your local auto parts store like Auto Zone or O'Reilly where they can test it before you spend any money.
