i have a 1998 chrysler cirrus and some of my door locks wont close when you push the button on the door or the control sometimes they do sometimes they don't what part would be bad and what is it called
I have a copy of the Chilton repair manual I'll sell you for $10 if you're interested. I had a '96, the book is good through '98 and is in almost new condition. Hard to tell if it's your switch or actuator without testing both.
actuator but to save yourself some time. use the switch on the passenger side door and see if they work. if it works that side and not the other. it's a switch. if not it's the actuator 40$ at the dealer and about 25 min to install if you have the hands of a 5 year old. and realistically 1 hr to swap out.
