Answer:

Just because a child dresses like that doesn't mean it's the mother's fault. I know for a fact from my experience when I was a teenager, I would wear what I planned on wearing under my clothes that were acceptable and take them off when I got to where I was going. OR I flat out told my mom no, I'll wear what I want. I don't see how you can blame this on a mother when children/teenagers do what they want anyway. Since you aren't a mother, you wouldn't understand what it's like to have a child who does things behind your back. And to make a statement like: Does she not worry about her daughter's safety? and Just because you gave birth, doesn't mean you're a mother, over a clothing issue is completely ruthless.
If you have a Homeowners association, then discuss it in the annual meeting and come to consensus on how to handle it. Few ways: - Put a speed limit signs. - Send out regular letter about speed limit - Show a friendly gesture to slow down - If this does not help, Send reminders to the offenders. - The last resort is putting speed bumps, as it will cause inconvenience to you all wells as others who tends to follow the law.
get you facts together/get lic numbers/contact police and complain and complain until they get to know your name. get/times car descriptions and plate numbers/description of drivers/ get police to set up radar/ and after all this get your rep from town council and give him all the info and then you got a half a chance. remember its facts that are the key
