I go to bed at 11pm most nights, unless I am going out to a club, then I most often go to bed at 3am. I am 32.

I'm 19 and I go to bed at about 11:00-11:30 cause I have to get up early most of the time (and I am a morning person, too).
52 I go to bad at 1:30PM then get up at 7:00PM to get ready for work. Too Cool
