Question:

bed wetting in college?

I know this sounds crazy, but I have been through some emotional problems lately and I wet the bed the other night. I'm 19 and about to move onto a college campus. What are some solutions to this? Give anything you have to offer, please. I do not care if you even suggest a good brand of waterproof sheets or diapers.

Answer:

A good hasp and padlock would work. Don't fasten the hasp to the doors with wood screws- buy flat head stove bolts and back them up with the largest washers that will fit. It won't be pretty, but it will be as secure as possible for thin wood doors. Or, better yet, buy a steel cabinet.
Smoke alarms work on various principles, but they're all designed to sense smoke and/or heat. The real question is whether your particular incense in your particular room will produce concentrated enough smoke that your smoke detector will alarm. What does your alarm do if it senses smoke? If it just makes a noise, light some incense and try it. Worst case, you get to open a window and wait for the alarm to stop. If you think it sets off the alarms in the whole building, then don't. Do you have any trouble with false alarms from the shower or burnt stuff in the oven? That would be another good clue as to how much it takes to set yours off. For a smoke-free solution, try an oil diffuser. You set the incense in oil. Some versions have space for a candle burning underneath. That way you can get the smell, without the smoke.
no but do not fill the room with them as the smell will be to much.
