I put a lot of broth into the pan with turkey and cover it really well with the foil and if you put enough broth water in , cover very tightly,than turkey will retain all moisture not need any more bastingI do it like this every year my turkey is very moist.
Just hand paint it if it's not that important or hire an Electric compressor.
