Our landlord does NOT do any home repairs, comes to our door several times a day rings our doorbell non-stop. The landlord complains about minor things. The yard is taken care of and we are very clean. We have a weekly housekeeper at our expense. We have told the landlord that there is mold in the basement and other things that need to be repaired for safety sake, the front stairs and sidewalk, the landlord is elderly and forgetful, says one thing and then tells us something totally different, that a housing inspector is going to come in, gives us no date, day or time so we can be home When we moved in the landlord promised all the repairs would be done and NOTHING has been done. WHAT CAN WE DO? We do not want to have to move. We are at our wits end.The quickest and best answer gets 10 points. Thank You.
There's a pressure gauge on the pump used to fill them. Most extinguishers have a gauge that shows empty or full, and that's all you really need.

yes u do have to remove and it really depends on which alarm u replace it with u can buy it a cheap one that wont be better the the stock which is the factory one or u can get it a very nice alarm with remote start and a pager to tell you when ur alarms going off it just depends on you o yea and u can also get a kill switch which means u cant turn on the car till u take the alarm off with ur remote
