I have a portable air conditioner unit that has a flexible exhaust hose that goes to a vent I have made in my wall (the inner wall is plaster, outer wall is fibro).I want to seal the gap around the hose around the inner plaster wall so no hot air comes back in and am wondering what the best product to use would be - would those cans of expandable foam be ok or would a silicon product be better?
