I have a garage that has appox.70 spaces 7'7'' high from floor to top of wall, and 15quot; between studsI want to insulate this garage and eventually heat itI also have to do inbetween the ceiling joists, which I believe is 23quot; in spaceNot sure how many there are of them yetWhat is the best type of insulation to use? Rolled, panel, etcI dont want to spent alot of money on this nothing expensive or industrial quality requiredR-value of 11 or so May be good enuf? I dont know how much one roll will even cover yet.

it's butter that's making them stick, try using oil.
Try using a different pan and butter but it might be the pan
One reminder most building codes will require a non-combustible surfacing in a garageSo you can't leave the Kraft paper exposedYou can use foil faced insulation though.
