Question:

Best way to prevent a Honda Civic from being stolen? Where do I go to geta fuel cut off switch installed?

I have a 99 civic coupe that is pretty moddedI already have an aftermarket alarm installed in it that is pretty sensativeI also always use the club on the steering wheel (I know it doesnt do much, but its just another visible deterence).I'm aware that these security measure are futile, so what else can i get installed in it to add more efficient security? I hear people talk of a fuel cut off switch, however I am not sure where i would go to get it installedDo i just take it to a typical auto service place? Dealership? or?I live in a pretty low crime area, however I know that this model car is stolen anywhere these daysthanks for your advice!

Answer:

I think that'd take someone about 8 hours max, maybe ?100depends if you're getting all the fabrics and things to take to them, or leaving them to sort it out for you
I was told that in some countries, to avoid their car being stolen: They park in basement carpark to avoid their car being stolen with lorry-crane They also chain the road wheels to avoid their car being stolen with tow-truck You may want to check with the Car-Dealer if they do provided such installation service Ideally do not own/driver this model
