Question:

Biceps and Press-ups?

Just wondering but do press-ups help to build Bicep muscles mass? Or is it just chest and triceps?

Answer:

Chest and tris. Pullups will hit biceps.
Anything with a pressing motion will hit the chest and triceps muscles. If you are looking to work your biceps, do motions where it involves pulling.
If you are referring to the bench press, any bicep recruitment is minor and used mainly as support. You really aren't going to build any mass or strength in your biceps using the bench press. This exercise emphasizes the chest and triceps more than anything. If you want to build your biceps, the standard curling exercises (Concentration, Preacher, Hammer, Barbell or Dumbbell curls, etc.) are what you will have to do. But keep in mind that having strong supporting muscles will help your lifting capacities in any lift you are trying to do. I hope this helps
