There are dmr revolver wheels on dreamcycles .uk for ?100 or just the front wheel for ?55 they come in 24 as you require, i don't know if they are 1.50s but if you can stretch your budget to ?80 then you can get a halo SAS front wheel. If you are not however planning on extreme riding then my advice is to go to your local halfords and they will have some cheap wheels knocking about!
