Blowing mould - the production process of beverage bottle

One step: plastic particles after heating melt is injected into the preform mould, cooling and shaping into semi-finished products (bottle, similar tube shape also known as Guan Pei), in the bottle when not fully cooling the heating thermostat, then blowing into the gas, after stretch blowing make plastic tube embryo uniform distribution, and close to the blow after the completion of mold, high pressure blowing into the cooling air, cool completely when blowing gas opened, forming complete beverage bottle.
