Question:

Brake pedal to the floor?

2 weeks ago I took my car to Monro Muffler to get new brake pads. calipers, and rotors. Just yesterday, I noticed that my brake pedal goes all the way to the floor, before the car even starts to slow down. What could the problem be? Could it be something they didn‘t put in right, or something completely unrelated? It‘s a 1998 Honda CRV.

Answer:

Monro Muffler did the brakes and now the brakes don't work correctly. Take it back to them, it could be any of several reasons and anyone who GUESSES is just doing that, guessing.
To drive it will be dangerous, check the brake fluid container, their must be a leak. If the fluid is down you could fill it so you may have a brake so you can drive to the repair shop. Maybe you are Goog enough to drive and use the hand brake to stop, but only if not far away, be careful. Maybe you could ring the repair shop.
Most likely your brake system was improperly bled. there is probably air in the lines, and needs to be removed for the brake system to operate properly. Call Monro and let them be responsible for getting your car back to their shop for the repair at their expense.
